This Shipping Policy applies to retail orders placed on thesunbern.com and fulfilled by Sun Bern NC, LLC.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an unexpected material delay affects your order, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout.
Rates and delivery estimates
Available delivery methods and shipping charges are calculated and shown before an order is submitted. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please enter a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact support@thesunbern.com promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. For a package that appears lost or damaged, retain the packaging and contact us with the order number and clear photographs so we can assist with the carrier inquiry.
International orders
If international delivery is available at checkout, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs review may extend delivery time.
